pleased to announce the establishment of an accomplished Advisory
Board to provide the Company's management team with strategic
guidance. The members of the Advisory Board are Mr.
Carlo Civelli, Chairman, together
with Messrs. Jayant Bhandari,
Jason Dunning, and Stephen Swatton as board members.

As Chairman of the Advisory Board,
Mr. Civelli brings more than 30 years of experience in the venture
capital and natural resource sectors. Throughout his career, Mr.
Civelli has been instrumental in funding early stage companies.
Nearly a dozen of these investments have developed into billion
dollar market cap companies including Wheaton River Minerals which
later merged with Goldcorp (NYSE: GG), Bema Gold Corporation later
B2Gold Corp (NYSE: BTG), Urasia Energy Ltd. later Uranium One and
Pacific Rubiales Energy (TSX: PRE). Mr. Civelli also founded
Pacific LNG Operations Ltd. in 2005, a private oil and gas company,
which in February 2014 sold its 22.8%
interest in a gas field in Papua New
Guinea to Oil Search Ltd. for USD $900M plus further contingent
payments.
Jayant Bhandari, Senior
Analyst, Anarcho Capital
A distinguished speaker and
published author, Mr. Bhandari advises institutional investors on
opportunities in the natural resource sector on a global
scale. He previously worked as an Analyst with US Global
Investors from 2006-2011 and for Casey Research one year prior.
Mr. Bhandari obtained his Bachelor of Engineering from SGSITS
in India and received his MBA from
Manchester Business School.
Stephen Swatton, Chief
Executive Officer at Brazil Resources Inc.
With over 28
years of experience, Mr. Swatton, a field geologist by training,
brings both technical and senior managerial experience to the
Advisory Board. Currently the Chief Executive Officer and
President of Brazil Resources Inc., Mr. Swatton from 2004-2008
served as BHP Billiton's Global Head of Business Developments,
Exploration Division. He commenced his career as a field geologist
for Rio Tinto from 1984-1991. Mr. Swatton received his
Bachelor of Science in Geology from Portsmouth University and his
Masters in Exploration Geology from the University of Alberta.
Jason Dunning,
President & Principal Geologist at Headframe Geoscience
Ltd.
A professional geologist in both base and precious
metals, Mr. Dunning brings to the Callinex Advisory Board over 20
years of experience in project evaluation and development. He
previously served as a Project Geologist for Hudbay Exploration and
Development Co. Ltd. in Manitoba
where he focused on mining operations in close proximity to
Callinex's current portfolio of projects in the Flin Flon VMS
mining district. Mr. Dunning has also served as Vice President,
Exploration for Alamos Gold Inc., Selwyn Resources Ltd., Yukon Zinc
Corp. and StrataGold Corp. Mr. Dunning received an Honours Bachelor
of Science in Geology from Carleton
University and a Masters in Geology from Laurentian University.
