Dynasil Corporation of America (OTCBB: DYSL.OB) today announced that it has been ranked number two on this year’s list of New Jersey’s 2010 Fifty Fastest Growing Companies. The awards program produced by NJBIZ, one of New Jersey’s leading business news publications, was presented by Rothstein Kass and sponsored by Extensis, Lowenstein Sandler PC, PNC Bank and UnitedHealthcare.

The NJBIZ 50 Fastest Growing Companies awards program celebrates New Jersey's most dynamic companies who progressively contribute to the success of the state's economic growth and stability. To qualify, companies had to meet selection criteria that included a revenue size of at least $500,000 within the past three out of four years and revenue growth over a four year period, dating from fiscal year 2006 to 2009. Dynasil was ranked number 29 on last year's list.

Presenting sponsor, Rothstein Kass, calculated the nominations and then ranked the companies according to revenue growth over the four-year period. Both dollar and percentage increases were taken into consideration.

NJBIZ and the program sponsors honored this year’s 50 fastest growing companies and announced their ranking during an awards dinner and ceremony on Monday, November 15, 2010 at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, New Jersey. The honorees are also highlighted in a special supplement to NJBIZ which was released on November 22, 2010.
