it has entered an agreement with University Health Network (UHN)
and Ontario Centres of Excellence's (OCE) Centre of Excellence for
Photonics, to expand their joint research and development of the
Company's patented photodynamic compounds (PDC's), which are
activated by its TLC-3000 PDC super-pulsed biofeedback laser
