Introduce Online Marketplace for Hemp and CBD Products

pleased to announce that the Company
will
be launching
an
online
marketplace for Hemp
and Cannabidiol
(CBD)
products.
In
addition to Wanderport's online ecommerce
store, the Company will offer a marketplace for vendors to list and
sell a wide range of products related to hemp and CBD.
Wanderport
will
derive its revenue from transaction fees as a percentage of sales.
Additional revenues can also be obtained from advertisement.
The
marketplace is expected to be launched sometime next
month.
The
development for Wanderport's ecommerce store is
progressing well with the site expecting
to go
live before the end of January. In addition to the standard payment
methods, the store will also accept bitcoin initially and may
expand to other altcoins in the near future.
The Company will also offer a customer reward program where points
can be earned from purchases and later redeemed for
credit or
cryptocurrency.

have seen a strong demand for our coffees and teas during the

launching the two new shopping sites to further increase our

collaboration effort with a local craft brewery to produce a hemp
coffee beer is progressing well. The two parties are finalizing a
few minor legal details before commencing production. The
Company plans to update all shareholders about its beer
initiative sometime next week.
