Methodology

The 2024 study is based on responses from 13,505 pharmacy customers who filled a prescription within the past 12 months. It explored customer perceptions, including the pharmacy’s fulfillment of customers’ needs, resolution of complaints, convenience, savings, trust and overall experience.
