Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 27 December 2020 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents are also

available for download from the Company's website at   www.citypubcompany.com .

The 2021 AGM is to be held at Aragon House, 247 New King's Road, Fulham, London SW6 4XG on Monday 28 June 2021 at 12.00 p.m.

In line with the Government's guidance at the date of this announcement that Covid related restrictions will be lifted on 21 June 2021, the Company is pleased to invite shareholders to attend the AGM in person this year. In the event that Government guidance changes and arrangements for the AGM need to be amended, the Company will update shareholders accordingly.
