Grant of Options

Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), the provider of a leading cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform, announces that the Company has granted a total of 9,183,672 options (the "Options") to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the Rosslyn 2014 Share Option Program.

The Options have been granted to Paul Watts in recognition of his promotion to the role of CEO in April. They are split into three equal tranches and each tranche shall vest evenly over a three-year period on the release of results for the years ending 30 April 2022, 30 April 2023 and 30 April 2024, provided that the Option holder remains an employee or director of the Group.

The Options are exercisable at 4.90p pence and will expire on 10 August 2031.
