Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. on Thursday said it reached an agreement with YouTube TV under which the streaming service owned by Alphabet Inc.'s Google unit will continue to carry 19 of Sinclair's 21 Fox regional sports networks.

The Hunt Valley, Md., media company said Prime Ticket and Fox Sports West will no longer be carried on YouTube TV.

Sinclair said it offered competitive market terms on the two networks, but that YouTube TV declined. The company said the networks remain available on various other streaming platforms.

Sinclair completed the acquisition of the regional sports networks from Walt Disney Co. late last year.

Shares of Sinclair fell 3% to $23.91 in Thursday morning trading.
