Exercise of Options and Issue of Equity
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of
products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications
markets, announces that the Company has issued 1,000,000 new
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") as a result
of an exercise of options under the Company's Employee Share Option
Plan 2010.
Application has been made for the 1,000,000 new Ordinary Shares
to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that dealings in
these new Ordinary Shares will commence on 17 April 2020. The new
Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares.
Following Admission, the Company will have in issue a total of
213,698,416 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary
Shares in treasury . Therefore the number of total voting rights
for the Company will be 213,698,416.
