Awards under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan/Non Tax
Advantaged Plan ("Deferred Bonus Plan")
Director Dealings
The Company confirms today that, following the publication of
the 2019 Report and Accounts, it has made the following awards
under the Deferred Bonus Plan. Under this plan the Executive
Directors receive a proportion of their bonus entitlement in the
form of an award of Ordinary Shares of 10p each ('Ordinary
Shares"). These Ordinary Shares are held by the Company's Employee
Share Ownership Trust for a period of three years from the date of
award. At the end of this period the Ordinary Shares are released
to the grantee for nil consideration subject to the rules of the
Deferred Bonus Plan.
Mark Smith - award of 18,160 Ordinary Shares
Trevor Michael Taylor - award of 13,620 Ordinary Shares
