Loan Repayment



The fall in equity market values in the last few days have reduced total assets
to a level at which the Bank of Scotland's loan covenant has been reached.
Accordingly today the company has repaid £1.5 million, reducing the loan to
£31.0 million and will further reduce it to £27.5 million next week.  Following
this repayment the fund will meet the requirements of the loan covenant.  There
are no costs associated with the early repayments of the loan.
