Enel Appoints Stefano De Angelis as New CFO

Enel has appointed Stefano De Angelis as its new chief financial
officer to succeed Alberto De Paoli, who is moving on as head of
North America and Latin America.
The Rome-based energy company made the announcement late Monday,
saying it had also appointed Francesco Puntillo as head of legal
and corporate affairs, and Gianni Vittorio Armani as head of Enel
Grids.
