its Broker, Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited has tendered its resignation with
immediate effect.



Weatherly has now closed all of its business operations, which consisted of
retail brokerage and fund management activities in New York State.



The Directors continue to investigate new business opportunities which might be
suitable for the company to pursue in the future.
