Final Terms dated 1 May 2020 in respect of an issue by State of Israel (the "Issuer") of USD 350,000,000 2.875 per cent. Notes due 29 January 2024 (the "Notes") to be consolidated and form a single series with the outstanding EUR 2,250,000,000 2.875 per cent. Notes due 29 January 2024 (the "Original Notes")

The Notes are issued under the EUR 20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by the Issuer.
