      Park Group Disposes of its Nelson, Lancashire Fulfilment Centre


Park Online Limited, the marketing services division of Park Group, has
disposed of its promotional fulfilment activity at Nelson, Lancashire, to
Intalekt Limited, a company controlled by Mr David Holt, Park Online's former
finance director, for a nominal consideration.



Park Online is providing a loan of #250,000, repayable over two years, to
Intalekt to fund its working capital needs.



Unaudited results of the Nelson business for the year ended 31 March 2001 show
a pre-interest loss of #1.380m, against a profit in the previous year of #
1.691m, on sales of #4.469m (#11.935m).



As a result of this disposal Park Online will provide for an asset write-off
of no more than #100,000.



Park Online will now be able to focus entirely on its fast growing
communication centre business based in Birkenhead.
