Listing Application
The Company hereby notifies the
market that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of
28,000,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 pence each in the capital of
the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on
the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
The new Ordinary Shares are being
reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the
Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. When issued, these Shares will
rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the
Company.
Admission is expected to become
effective on 9 February 2024.
