Continuation Vote

The average of the Company's monthly net asset value as at the end of October, November and December 2014 was less than US$100m.

Accordingly, as provided in the Company's articles of incorporation (the "Articles") a continuation vote will be proposed to shareholders by way of ordinary resolution. Notice convening the general meeting will be published by no later than 27 February 2015.

A further announcement with respect to publication of the Circular to shareholders and the timing of the continuation vote will be made in due course.
