CLOSE ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

SHARE CONVERSION FACILITY

The Company announces that a quarterly conversion facility is now available.
Shareholders are now entitled, subject to the Company's Memorandum and Articles
of Association and the terms and conditions set out in the Company's Admission
Document dated 2 May 2006, to request conversion of their Shares in any class
for Shares in another class as at the first business day of each calendar
quarter (a "Conversion Day") by submitting to the Company's Secretary a
conversion request form and the share certificate(s) representing title to the
Shares to be converted.  Shares held in uncertificated form must be materialised
into certificated form before any conversion request is submitted.

Conversion request forms accompanied by the share certificates representing
title to the Shares to be converted must be with the Administrator by 12.00 noon
on the business day falling at least 40 calendar days prior to the relevant
Conversion Day (the "Closing Time").  For the Conversion Day falling on 1 April
2008 the Closing Time is 12.00 noon on 21 February 2008.

Conversion request forms including accompanying guidance notes for the
completion of such forms are available from the Company's web-site
www.closeallbluefund.com.
