Directorate Change

The Board of Charteris plc announces that Martin Chitty, Business Development Director, has resigned from the Company with immediate effect.

Martin has served the Company since April 2005, first as Practice Head for Retail, Media and Services then as the Executive Director responsible for Business Development from September 2008.

Commenting, Cliff Preddy, Chairman, said: "Martin has been a committed employee and director and, on behalf of the Board, I would like to thank him for his professionalism and integrity during his time with Charteris and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
