Charteris announces that on 13 March 2012, options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") were granted under the EMI Scheme to the following directors for nil consideration. All options have an exercise price of one pence per share, are subject to certain conditions and are normally exercisable between 13 March 2015 and 12 March 2022.
