Change In Substantial Shareholder's Interest 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The Company announces that on 9 April 2009 it received a notification from 
Deutsche Bank AG ("DB") that DB had on 6 April 2009 returned certain borrowed 
ordinary shares in the Company held by it and that as a result DB now holds less 
than 3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. DB therefore no 
longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company. 
 
 
 
 
Share Capital and Substantial Interests 
 
 
As of 9 April 2009, CCP's issued share capital consists of 281,193,011 ordinary 
shares of par value GBP0.01 each. 
 
 
The above figure of 281,193,011 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in or in relation to, the share 
capital of the Company under the Company's articles of association (the 
"Articles"). 
 
 
Shareholders are advised to refer to the Company's website, 
http://www.ccproperties.com.hk, which contains details of shareholders' 
obligations to notify the Company of their Substantial Interests in and in 
relation to the Company's capital pursuant to the Company's Articles. A copy of 
the Company's Articles and a Notification of Substantial Interests Form are
