Cloudbreak Discovery PLC, ("Cloudbreak"), announces that Samuel "Kyler" Hardy has resigned as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cloudbreak, and all its subsidiaries, with immediate effect.

The Non-Executive Board members have appointed Andrew Male, Executive Director, as Interim CEO.
