The Company received notification yesterday that, following a purchase of
400,000 shares on 14 June 2004, Riverbay Properties Limited is interested in
12,850,000 ordinary shares representing 5.52 per cent of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company. The registered holders of these shares are Fitel
Nominees Limited as to 11,850,000 of these shares and Riverbay Properties
Limited as to 1,000,000 shares.
