Director Share Purchase
CMO Group PLC, the UK's largest online-only retailer of building
materials, has been notified that on 13 June 2023 Ken Ford, the
Group's Chairman, purchased a total of 86,365 ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20
pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
The Company confirms that following the Purchase, Ken is holding
a total of 200,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.28 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.
