In compliance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 Culver
Holdings plc confirms that its issued share capital is 228,757 Ordinary 25p
shares with voting rights.

This figure of 228,757 Ordinary 25p shares may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Culver
Holdings plc under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
