                        EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT



Deltron Electronics plc (LSE : DET), the specialist European electromechanical
solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as the
authorised distributor for ITT Industries, Cannon ("ITT") for its connector
range throughout Europe.



The relationship with ITT goes back 30 years. In 1974 Deltron began distributing
the C&K switch products range. The relationship continued successfully following
the acquisition of C&K by ITT. The extension of the relationship into connectors
is a recognition of Deltron's expertise and geographical reach.



This is the seventh European distribution appointment for Deltron, these
currently represent 25% of Group turnover.
