Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc, a
specialist bank providing working capital solutions to dealers and
manufacturers across the UK, announces the following information
relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies.
Sheryl Lawrence, Non-executive Director, was
previously a director of Morses Club Limited (previously named
Morses Club plc) until 31 July 2023. This company was placed into
administration on 17 November 2023.
