Dianomi, a leading provider of
native digital advertising services to premium clients in the
Business, Finance and Lifestyle sectors, announces that Laura
Shesgreen is stepping down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group
and Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
Paul Gibson, Non-Executive Director, is
taking up the role of Chair of the Audit Committee and Michael
Kelly, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, is joining the Audit
Committee.
