Transaction in Own Shares and
Buyback Update
The Company announces that on 27
March 2024, pursuant to its Share Buyback programme announced on 2
February 2024, it purchased the following number of its 'A'
non-voting ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
("A Shares").

The Company also announces the
completion of the Share Buyback programme which will cease as of
today, 28 March 2024.
As a result of the above
transaction, the Company has 4,712,198 A Shares in issue of which
286,680 are held in treasury. The A Shares held in treasury will be
cancelled in due course and a further announcement made when
cancellation has occurred.
