EuroTrust A/S ("EuroTrust" or the "Company") 
 
 
RESIGNATION OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS, NOMINATED ADVISER AND BROKER AND 
FORTHCOMING RESIGNATION OF MANAGEMENT 
 
 
On 24 November 2008, the Company announced that due to significant financial 
difficulties, it had filed for a period of Suspension of Payments under Danish 
law. Following the announcement, the court appointed supervisors to the Company 
and EuroTrust's shares were suspended from trading on AIM. 
 
 
EuroTrust today announces that the court appointed supervisors to the Company, 
Claus Bennetsen of Accura and Boris Frederiksen of Poul Schmith have, as of 1 
April 2009, ceased payment of fees to the Company's Non-Executive Directors and 
to Singer Capital Markets Limited ("SCM"), the Company's nominated adviser and 
broker. 
 
 
As a consequence, the following Non-Executive Directors of the Company have 
resigned with immediate effect: 
 
 
Brian Birkenhead; 
Christian Rovsing; and 
Jan Berger. 
 
 
In addition, SCM has also resigned as the Company's nominated adviser and broker 
with immediate effect. 
 
 
Following the resignation of SCM, the Company must find another qualified 
nominated adviser in order to continue its listing on AIM, failing which the 
Company's shares will be de-listed from AIM on 21 May 2009. 
 
 
Furthermore, Robert Skjødt has confirmed that he will resign as the Chief 
Executive of the company by the end of April 2009. Kim Simonsen has also 
confirmed that he will resign as the Chief Financial Officer of the company by 
the end of June 2009. 
 
 
All indications of interest in relation to purchasing the Company's assets and 
all enquiries in relation to any claim by a creditor of the Company should be 
directed to Claus Bennetsen and Boris Frederiksen, the court appointed 
supervisors, at the registered office of Eurotrust, Kokholm 3, 6000 Kolding,
