Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company")
announces that on 18 November 2022 the Company was notified of two
Director share sales.
Charles Cotton, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the
Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,407 pence per Ordinary
Share on 14 November 2022. Following this transaction, Charles
Cotton, including direct family holdings, remains beneficially
interested in a total of 165,634 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.42
per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
James Dixon, Chief Operating Officer and PDMR of the Company,
sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,406.5 pence per
Ordinary Share on 11 November 2022. Following this transaction,
James Dixon, including direct family holdings, remains beneficially
interested in a total of 31,180 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08
per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
