Directorate Change

The Board of HiWave Technologies (LSE:HIW), which develops and sells electronic components, sub-assemblies and devices that utilise innovative sound and touch technologies to product manufacturers worldwide, announces a change to its board of directors.

After 8 years with HiWave, Kate Barnes has decided to leave the Company to pursue new challenges and Kate has therefore resigned from the Board with immediate effect. The Board has now begun a process to identify a new Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Kate joined the Company as Financial Controller in 2004, becoming Finance Director and Company Secretary in 2007. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Kate for the hard work and dedication that she has shown the Company over the last 8 years and they wish her well for the future.
