                            Directors' Shareholdings





IDMoS is pleased to confirm that the following directors have subscribed for New
Ordinary Shares as part of the placing of 5,714,287 shares to raise
approximately #2 million, before expenses on behalf of the Company.  The
fundraising was approved by shareholders on Monday 2 July.  Details of their
subsequent shareholdings are set out in the table below.  Dealings in the New
Ordinary Shares commenced today.
