                        Contract extension at Somerfield

Imagesound plc (AIM: ISD.L - formerly known as Advance Capital Invest), the UK's
leading supplier of in-store music, radio and TV services to the branded retail
and leisure sectors, today announces that it is to extend the supply of in-store
music and messaging services to the entire Somerfield store estate.

Imagesound currently supplies over 50 Somerfield stores with music and messaging
services on an ongoing basis and is delighted by this contract extension, which
commences on 1st November 2004.

Imagesound will provide a bespoke radio service to all Somerfield stores,
offering a regularly updated programme of profiled music designed to reinforce
the Somerfield brand and enhance the shopping and working environment for
customers and staff. The service will also have the capability of delivering
targeted messages, customer information and advertisements at the point of
purchase.

Imagesound is in the process of installing its music hardware systems across the
Somerfield estate and the service is due to go live in all stores for an initial
two month period from November the 1st, 2004, in time for the Christmas build
up.

Imagesound obtained a listing on AIM in August 2004, via a reverse takeover of a
listed shell, and has a current market capitalisation of around #12 million.
