real estate investment company announces a portfolio update as at
31 March 2024.
Net Asset
Value
The Company's unaudited net asset
value ('NAV') as at 31 March 2024 is 94.34 pence per share (29
February 2024 NAV: 93.92 pence per share), an increase of
0.4%. The Company's share price as at 31 March 2024 was 65.00
pence and the discount was 31.1%.
