Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter
the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat
Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery
marketplaces, hereby
reports the
transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback
programme
announced on 18 October
2023.
During the week of 18 March 2024 up
to and including 22 March 2024 a total of 241,308 shares were
repurchased at an average price of €13.6282 on Euronext Amsterdam
and a total of 25,687 shares were repurchased at an average price
of €14.1816 at the Cboe DXE. Following the settlement of the above
transactions, the Company will hold 13,717,917 shares in
treasury.
Up to and including 22 March 2024,
the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share
buyback programme amounts to €96,461,564.
