18 January 2023: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces
the following share transaction made by Graham Bell, CEO B&Q UK
and Ireland (a PDMR), which occurred on 17 January 2023.
Graham exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence
each in the Company granted under the Kingfisher ShareSave Plan and
the Kingfisher Incentive Share Plan. Graham exercised and sold a
total 100,479 shares. No shares were retained.
The PDMR notification below, made in accordance with the
requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further
