Convertible Instrument Further Extension of Redemption Date

Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the renewable energy focused development company wish to announce that further to the RNS dated 1 April 2022, the Company has agreed a further extension of three months for the Redemption Date of the Convertible Instrument, with all remaining Noteholders (the "Further Extension"). The new extended Redemption Date will now be 30 September 2022. The Further Extension includes Notes in aggregate of GBP657,985.
