MOD Resources Ltd, (ASX/LSE: MOD) the copper exploration and development company focused on the central Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana, advises that Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc has issued a Form 604 to the Australian Securities Exchange.

The Form 604 titled 'Change in substantial holding' indicates that Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc increased their holding from 18,599,293 common stock or 6.12% of total common stock up to 21,827,397 common stock or 7.17% of total common stock.
