Update re IR Conference Call

North River Resources, the AIM quoted resource company focused on the Namib Project Lead-Zinc Project ('Namib Project') in Namibia, announces that having held a call with shareholders on 12 August 2015, the Company will no longer hold the shareholder conference call previously scheduled for 1 September 2015 (please see the press release dated 08 May 2015). However, the Company still plans to hold the shareholder conference call dated Tuesday 3 November 2015.
