PDMR/PCA share purchase
PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure
payment solutions for business communications, has been notified of
the purchase of 31,782 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") by Mufti Monim, Chief Technology Officer and
PDMR, and 17,610 Ordinary Shares by his wife and PCA, Mannatim
Chowdhury. These purchases occurred on 8 March 2022.
Mufti Monim and Mannatim Chowdhury collectively own 49,392
shares, representing 0.08% of the total voting rights of the
Company.
