UNAUDITED FINANCIAL INFORMATION
In accordance with the requirements of sections 270 and 272 of the Companies Act
1985, in relation to the obligation of Resources Investment Trust plc (the
"Company") to establish that it had sufficient distributable reserves to effect
the repurchase for cancellation by the Company of the 3,992,826 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the capital of the Company to be acquired by Walker Crips
Stockbrokers Limited under the recent Tender Offer, the Company filed at
Companies House the following unaudited financial information in respect of the
half year ended 31 March 2007.
