Science Group plc (AIM:SAG)
announces that, on 16 April 2024, it purchased 15,625 of its 1
pence ordinary shares at an average price of 411.6091 pence per
share. The highest price paid per share was 412.0 pence and the
lowest price paid per share was 411.0 pence. The Company purchased
these shares through Liberum Capital Limited.
The number of shares purchased
represented 0.03% of the voting rights attributable to the total
ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased
shares will be held in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares
in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is
45,720,658 Science Group holds 465,216 shares in
treasury.
The figure of 45,720,658 may be used
by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest
in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
