Sovereign Oilfield Group Plc ("Sovereign" or the "Company") is pleased to 
announce the two resolutions proposed to shareholders at a General Meeting held 
today, namely: - 
 
 
1. To approve the sale of the whole of the share capital of Vertec Engineering 
Ltd, and, 
 
2. To approve the sale of certain business carried on by Labtech Services Ltd.
