SPORTECH PLC (AIM: SPO), the international betting technology business, announces that the Company has been notified that on 27 September 2023, Richard McGuire, Executive Chair of Sportech plc, bought 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 75 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Richard McGuire now holds 175,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
