July 2024, Spectris plc (SXS: LSE), the expert in providing insight
through precision measurement, today announces the completion of
the acquisition of SciAps Incorporated, a specialist provider of
handheld X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) and Laser Induced Breakdown
Spectroscopy (LIBS) instruments, following receipt of the required
regulatory approval.
