MW TOPS LIMITED (the "Company") 
 
                        Replacement of Underlying Funds 
 
Shareholders  are  advised  that  with  effect  from 19 July 2010, the Company's 
assets,  which are currently invested in Market Neutral TOPS Fund, Balanced TOPS 
Fund  and  European  TOPS  Fund,  each  a  sub-trust of Marshall Wace Investment 
Strategies,  will be  allocated instead  to another  sub-trust of  Marshall Wace 
Investment Strategies, Developed Europe TOPS Fund. 
 
As   advised   in  the  circular  to  investors  dated  30 June  2010 ("Proposed 
Reconstruction  and  Winding-up  -  Notices  of Class Meetings and Extraordinary 
General  Meeting"), this change will have  no impact on the investment programme 
of the Company and is in accordance with the investment policy of the Company. 
 
Following  this  change,  the  assets  of  the  Company will be allocated in the 
following  approximate proportions to  the relevant sub-trusts  of Marshall Wace 
Investment Strategies:
