The Directors wish to announce that Thames River Multi Hedge PCC Limited (the "Company") has posted to its shareholders notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting to consider; the continuation of the Company, a Tender Offer and the renewal of the Company's authority to make market acquisitions of up to 14.99 per cent. of each of the Sterling, Euro and Dollar Shares (the "Proposal"), which is to be held at 10:00 am on 08 February 2012 at the Company's registered office, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3QL, Channel Islands.

A copy of the above document has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
