Result of General Meeting 
 
 
White Star Energy (formerly White Star Property Holdings Plc), the AIM listed 
investment company, is pleased to announce that at a general meeting of the 
Company held earlier today, all resolutions contained in the circular posted to 
shareholders on 16 February 2009 were approved. 
These resolutions included, inter alia, a reorganisation of the Company's share 
capital and a change in the Company's name from White Star Property Holdings 
Plc, to White Star Energy Plc. Dealings in the new ordinary shares which are to 
be issued in respect of the capital reorganisation will commence tomorrow, 11
