db x-trackers enters the UK market with the launch of eighteen Exchange Traded
Funds (ETFs), making Deutsche Bank the second largest provider of ETFs in the UK
market. The eighteen ETFs listed provide exposure to domestic and international
equity markets.

db x-trackers ETFs are index-tracking funds that can be bought or sold like
ordinary shares on the stock exchange. They track the performance of a given
index and combine the simplicity and liquidity of shares with the low cost and
diversification benefits of an index fund.

db x-trackers ETFs give investors complete access to the performance of the UK
market, international market, emerging market and dividend strategies, in one
product for the cost of a single trade.

    --  UK markets - FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and FTSE All Share indices

    --  International markets - USA, Japan, Pan-Europe indices

    --  Emerging Markets - indices covering regions on a Global, Asia, Latin
        America, Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa basis and individual
        countries- India, China, Brazil, Taiwan, Korea

    --  Dividend Strategies - global and eurozone region high dividend yield
        strategies

db x-trackers ETFs were first launched in Germany in January 2007 and since then
the product range has grown to 49 making Deutsche Bank the overall number three
in Europe in terms of products issued. The db x-trackers ETF range now covers
all asset classes - equities, bonds, money markets, credit and commodities.

The products listed in London include the first ETF outside India on the
country's flagship stockmarket index, S&P CNX Nifty Index and also the only ETF
providing exposure to a global high dividend yield strategy, the DJ STOXX Global
Dividend 100 Index.

Garth Ritchie, European Head of Global Markets Equity at Deutsche Bank comments;
